Promptlens is planned to show whether ChatGPT names your online store or your competitors when shoppers ask what to buy. The plan: add your site and your rivals, then see your share of recommendations and the sites worth getting featured on.
In development. ChatGPT only at first; other AI tools may follow.

Adobe Analytics, Jan 2026What it’s planned to do
It can answer differently each time, so a single check can mislead. Promptlens is being designed to track who gets named across your buyer questions.
Planned: your share of ChatGPT's recommendations against the competitors you name.
Planned: the actual ChatGPT answers behind each number, so you can see where a competitor is named instead of you.
Planned: the websites ChatGPT cites when it names a competitor, as a list of places to consider getting featured.
How it works
Your website and the competitors you lose sales to.
The questions people type before they buy. We plan to check what ChatGPT says for each one, and count who it names.
See the pages ChatGPT cites for your rivals and decide where to try getting featured. What you change, and the result, is up to you; no result is guaranteed.
Why now
In one academic study, changing how content was written raised its visibility in AI-generated answers by up to 40% (a relative improvement in the authors’ own visibility score, on their own test set); the effect varied by topic, and the study did not test ChatGPT. Promptlens is planned to show where you stand; it can’t promise a result.
